PayDemand is a provider of credit card processing and merchant solutions.

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals, with a proven track record in sales, to help grow our merchant portfolio. These individuals will demonstrate their experience by responding to and closing leads and generating their own leads.

Responsibilities:

• Establish referral channels with various centers of influence such as Accountants and other members of the business community.
• Cross-sell merchant account processing into our database of merchant leads.
• Listen to clients, determine their needs and clearly define how we can help them achieve their goals.
• Build a compelling narrative as to “why” merchants should process with PayDemand.
• Primary point of contact for existing accounts sold by you.

Required Skills and Characteristics:

• Must have a minimum of 2-years of experience in card processing sales/merchant services.
• Must have experience leading an opportunity through discovery with a “consultant” mindset.
• Is an expert at anticipating and overcoming objections.
• Must be familiar with bankcard terminology.
• Must have general understanding of underwriting framework required to credit approve a merchant account.
• Able to translate bankcard terminology into laymen’s terms so that a wide range of business owners can easily relate to the products or services being offered.
• Highly self-motivated, personable, assertive, energetic and creative.
• Must be able to meet a merchant account sales quota.
• Possess a hunter mentality with a drive to identify and close opportunities.
• A team player with a high level of trustworthiness and dependability.
• Able to quickly find the correlations between a merchant’s business needs and specific Paydemand products and services.
• Possess strong verbal and written skills with excellent phone etiquette and an outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Possess a genuine desire to help business owners succeed.
